The main differences between traditional convection heating and an infrared heating system are:

Duration of Warranty:
- Radiant Panels: 48 months from the date on the fiscal document proving purchase.
Accessories and Printed Panels: 24 months.
Warranty Conditions:
- The warranty does not extend for periods of inactivity of the product due to repairs.
- Shipment for inspection and/or repair under warranty must be made in its original packaging or in packaging suitable to avoid transport damage and is the responsibility of the customer.
- Any exchange of panels with other models or powers shall be possible, but the transport shall be at the customer’s expense and must be insured. In addition, DL Energypoint will retain 15% of the amount paid plus VAT as a refund.
Assistance Procedure:
- For technical assistance under warranty, the purchaser may contact 349 763 7927.
- When requesting warranty repairs, the proof of purchase must be presented to identify the correct origin of the product.
Warranty Coverage:
- The warranty covers design, manufacturing and construction defects that result in the product malfunctioning.
- The product will be replaced or repaired free of charge for components affected by design or manufacturing defects. Replacement may also take place with repaired, reconditioned or equivalent to new parts.
